How can I cancel my subscription or update my payment details?

If you have a trial or paid subscription, follow these steps to update your payment details or cancel your subscription. Note that the billing portal is only available for users who subscribed online with their credit card. If you pay via bank transfer or if your account was setup manually, please contact [email protected] to update or cancel your subscription.

Enter your email address and password in the login window and click Login.
|

The My Account page shows products that you're subscribed to, and the Profile button to access account settings. click Profile to view account information.

Click Manage Subscriptions to view billing details.
|
|
|
From the billing portal click the three dots next to your credit card to update your card information. Click Add payment method to add a new card. Click Cancel plan to cancel your subscription (Or if your subscription has been cancelled, click Renew plan to re-activate it.
